Teeny Tiny Tin Blog Hop

This challenge was so much fun because it was different.  I got the little tins, and planned about 300 different things I was going to do with them.  I was going to distress them.  I was going to do a bead embroidery.  I was going to try something polymer.  I was going to make a tiny little painting.  I was going to make quilled flowers.

And then it hit me, I wanted to use fabric, with a little beadwork thrown in to keep it close to my passion.  One came out very country vintage old newspaper cool.  The other came out with gold lame and a painted-by-me pink lace flower.  I used ribbon.  I used a touch of bling-y thread.  I used a giant @.  Enjoy!

The Writing and Art of Andrew Thornton: Lima Beads Reader's Challenge...:

'via Blog this'

I'm very excited about this challenge.  I have wanted to enter one of Andrew's challenges for a long time, and now I have!  I can hardly wait for my beads from Lima Beads to arrive.  I have also wanted to try their shop as well, so this accomplishes two of my long-term wishes at once!  YAY!
